Under Your Feet
The LORD says to my Lord: “Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”
Mark 12:36
“David himself said in the Holy Spirit, ‘THE LORD SAID TO MY LORD, “SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND, UNTIL I PUT YOUR ENEMIES BENEATH YOUR FEET.”’
Romans 16:20a
The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.
The expressions “a footstool for your feet” or “under your feet” symbolize dominion or dominance. As a victor has dominion over the vanquished or a master has dominion over his slaves.
Genesis 2:20-22
The man gave names to all the cattle, and to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him. So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place. The LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man.
When the Lord created Eve He did not create her from one of Adam’s feet, He created her from one of Adam’s ribs. A woman is a man’s equal. A woman is a man’s peer. A woman is a man’s helper. A woman was not created to be under a man’s feet. A woman was not created to be dominated.
Luke 20:34-36
Jesus said to them, “The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage, but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; for they cannot even die anymore, because they are like angels, and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.”
Galatians 3:28
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
In heaven there will be neither male nor female, we will all be like the angels. We will all (men and women) be peers, equals and under no one’s feet.
Matthew 6:9, 10
“Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”’
The Father’s will is to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
There are only three people who women need to submit to and they are the same three people who men need to submit to…
The Father (Yehovah), the Son (Yeshua) and the Holy Spirit (Ruach haKodesh).
